About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, ACD, Art with a strong background in creative and strategic thinking to lead and inspire a team of designers and art directors. The successful candidate will be a fearless leader, capable of managing multiple brands and driving creative excellence across all aspects of the creative department. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the expectation to contribute high-level creative ideas and also be involved in the day-to-day execution. The VP, ACD, Art will be responsible for client relationships, managing a portfolio of business, and ensuring the delivery of work that is on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. Applicants for the VP, ACD, Art position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' design/art experience in a fast-paced ad agency setting, with a compelling portfolio that showcases healthcare work and innovative concepts. The role demands a deep understanding of how strategy influences brand messaging and creative, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management, be adept at negotiating for creative integrity, and have experience in leading and mentoring a team. Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, is essential, and experience with AI in design and production is a plus. The role is pivotal in the company's mission to build enduring brand relationships, and the candidate should be prepared to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values creativity and diversity.
