Program Manager

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support our proposal effort Administrative Support Services in Norco, CA. Will be responsible for the day‑day tactical duties for the program. Will be responsible for the administrative/operational leadership of this project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer. Will monitor projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. Will provide coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received. May conduct performance/project analyses during phase‑down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs. Other duties as assigned. BA/S is required in addition to eight years (8) of experience Experience working in a Department of Navy (DON) Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Target salary is $100K-$120K, commensurate with experience. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
