In this role, you'll oversee recruiting for leadership, operational, and specialized positions while partnering with regional and branch leaders to support business needs, new market launches, and acquisitions.This is a leadership role focused on recruiting strategy, team development, talent pipeline growth, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What You'll DoLead recruiting efforts for critical leadership, operational, and specialized positions across 7 regionsDevelop recruiting strategies to support new market launches, acquisitions, and unique workforce needsPartner with regional and branch leadership to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and address recruiting challengesManage, coach, and develop Senior Recruiters through performance management, training, and ongoing skill developmentEstablish recruiting priorities, timelines, and accountability to ensure critical positions are filled efficientlyMonitor recruiting performance, hiring timelines, candidate quality, and pipeline health to identify opportunities for improvementBuild proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill leadership and operational positionsProvide hands-on recruiting support and guidance for challenging, high-priority searchesContinuously improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and candidate acquisition practicesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience recruiting for leadership positions2+ years of experience leading a recruiting teamProven track record of developing talent and successfully filling leadership roles within established timelinesStrong recruiting strategy, sourcing, and relationship-building skillsAbility to partner effectively with senior leaders and influence hiring decisionsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining accountability for resultsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferredDemonstrated alignment with West Shore Home's core values and leadership philosophyCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensationMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchPTO and paid holidaysEmployee discounts and referral programCareer growth opportunitiesAbout West Shore HomeAt West Shore Home, we're redefining the home remodeling experience.
