Manager of Human ResourcesInformation Network Associates, Inc. (INA) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the day-to-day Human Resources function and support our employees and leadership team. This is a hands-on role ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and HR administration.The HR Manager will serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers while ensuring HR policies and practices are administered consistently, effectively, and in compliance with applicable employment laws.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day Human Resources operations and serve as the primary HR resource for employees and management.Provide guidance to managers regarding employee relations, performance, attendance, workplace concerns, and HR policies.Manage employee relations matters, including complaints, conflicts, disciplinary issues, and workplace investigations.Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and help ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for employees regarding health, retirement, and other benefit programs.Coordinate and support payroll and timekeeping processes.Serve as liaison/point of contact with our Managed Service Provider for IT services.Administer leave and accommodation processes, including FMLA and ADA-related matters.Coordinate the performance management and employee review process.Maintain personnel records and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.Develop, update, communicate, and consistently administer HR policies and procedures.Monitor federal, state, and local employment law requirements and recommend changes to maintain compliance.Support employee engagement, recognition, retention, training, and professional development initiatives.Partner with leadership on workforce needs, organizational changes, compensation, and other HR matters.Prepare HR reports and use workforce information to identify trends and support management decisions.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Experience, Skills, and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience independently handling employee relations and compliance matters required.Working knowledge of federal and state employment lawsExperience with employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, performance management and HR policies.Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Advance knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to adapt and remain effective in changing, fast-paced environment.Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to address employee or operational needs.Valid driver's license, insurance coverage, and access to reliable transportation.Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background check including drug screen.Why Join INA?This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of a broad Human Resources function and have a meaningful impact.
