Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Communication Technician to join our team in Doral, FL. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Utilize tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage user access, incidents, and support workflows. Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade of AV systems and communication equipment. Interfaces with users, technology vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality and user experience expectations are exceeded, and emergent industry best practices are routinely considered. Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues (including PCs, servers, mainframes, and printers). Act as the top escalation point for complex technical issues before escalating to Tier 3 or specialized teams. Collaborates closely with network services, software engineering, and application development teams to restore service and identify root causes of issues. The technician independently solves complex problems, often taking a new perspective on existing solutions, and serves as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues. Minimum Qualifications: Seven (7) or more years of experience, providing advanced technical support to executives or senior stakeholders and/or troubleshooting complex hardware, software or network issues. High School Diploma A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics or a related field is considered equivalent to 2 years’ of relevant experience. Experience in the service or installation of communications, audio, video, and/or audiovisual presentation systems and IT/networks. Two Certifications Required Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II Certification. Microsoft certification: AZ-104 or MS-102 (Must obtain within 3 months of start date) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with military/diplomatic operations working within a J-6/G-6/S-6 Directorate or with Special Operations Forces (SOF) or the Department of State (DoS) facilitating user access to and use of video display and conferencing across multiple commands and agencies. Technical and maintenance skills to perform audiovisual troubleshooting. In-depth understanding of broadcast and video, multimedia, video teleconferencing systems, video and audio streaming technologies and standards. Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired. Clearance Requirements: Must have an active Secret clearance Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
