Manage financial reporting, general ledger activity, and account reconciliations. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives. Partner with leadership to improve accounting processes and reporting capabilities. Lead and develop accounting team members. Qualifications For The Controller Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Progressive accounting leadership experience. Strong background in financial reporting and month-end close activities.
