This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, operationally focused organization where your insights will directly impact profitability and growth. What You’ll Do: Oversee all accounting functions: general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support operations. Manage bank relationship. Provide actionable financial insights to leadership to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls. Partner with operations to analyze cost structures and optimize performance. Lead and develop a small finance/accounting team. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, including leadership experience. Experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, or distribution preferred. Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Proficient in accounting software (ERP, QuickBooks, Sage) and Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Why This Role: Be part of a dynamic, growing company.
