Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Coordinator located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Property Coordinator will manage daily property operations, facilitate tenant relations, oversee lease administration, and provide administrative support. Key responsibilities include communicating with tenants, coordinating property maintenance, managing property management software, and preparing reports. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient property operations. In addition, the Property Coordinator will manage social media and website content, assist with marketing initiatives, and coordinate promotional and community events.. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with tenants and resolve inquiries. Experience in Property Management, including coordinating maintenance and operations processes. Administrative Assistance and Lease Administration skills to handle property documentation and lease-related tasks. Ability to work independently and organize tasks with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.
