Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase market share. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our footprint.

Sales & Business Development: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Operational Oversight: Ensure the plant runs efficiently, meeting production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a focus on sales and operations.

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams effectively.
