General Manager – Restaurant Excellence Team

This role is a leadership position responsible for running a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. The General Manager will collaborate with upper leadership to set goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Department Managers, setting department-specific goals and providing coaching to improve overall restaurant performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and operational protocols.
• Collaborate with the franchise leadership to align restaurant objectives with corporate expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
• Strong background in fast‑food operations and customer service.
• Open availability and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills.
