Location: Newark, DE Residential New Construction Plumbing Full-time Residential New Construction Plumber Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to win repeat business by doing quality installations of plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals. Qualifications For a Residential New Construction Plumbing Installer Licensed as a journeyman plumber (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience Hands‑on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprints Ability to install water lines, water heater, sinks, and toilets Knowledge of applicable state codes Do you have good communication skills?
