You'll greet guests and answer phones, but you'll also explain memberships and ask for the sale — every day, with a goal attached. If that sounds like your kind of work, keep reading. That's when guests book, and that's where your commission is. •Some holidays as needed •Full-time and part-time both available •Reliable transportation and on-time attendance, every shift If evenings and weekends don't work for your life, this isn't the right fit — and we'd both rather know now.What You'll Do:• Welcome guests, answer phones, and book massage and facial appointments •Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale — you'll carry a monthly goal •Call and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fast •Prebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retail •Check guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale system •Keep the front desk clean and organized, and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shiftsWhat We're Looking For:•Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience •Comfortable asking for the sale — and comfortable hearing no •Friendly, confident, and clear on the phone •Reliable and punctual, week in and week out •Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems •Spa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plus •Bilingual English/Spanish is a plusWhere This Goes:Top performers move up to Lead Spa Associate, Assistant Spa Manager, and Spa Manager.
