Job Description Job Description Our lively pediatric ophthalmology practice is looking for an experienced, friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist who can keep up with our fast-paced days while making our patients and families feel welcome. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and checking in patients and families
  • Preparing charts for patient visits
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Verifying medical insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Collecting copays, deductibles, and patient balances
  • Updating patient and insurance information
  • Helping with referrals, authorizations, and medical records
  • Pitching in wherever needed to keep the front desk running smoothly
