Solutions Engineer

Salary: $167,336 - 195,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, plus 5 years of progressive experience in solutions engineering or architecture.
• We look for experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and in leading complex data solutions for enterprise customers.
• We expect hands-on familiarity with data tools such as Pandas, Google BigQuery, DBT, and analytics or BI reporting platforms like Looker or Looker Studio.
• We value the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment while owning and elevating a function.
• We need strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine technical depth, analytical thinking, and business insight to craft creative solutions.
• We require excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• We look for knowledge of RDBMS concepts, database schema design, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML methodologies.
• Telecommuting is permitted.

• We lead data onboarding and data transfer efforts for client implementations.
• We develop and document onboarding requirements and processes, building an operational framework that supports continuous improvement in delivery and client value.
• We collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to deliver and evolve scalable data onboarding and data health solutions aligned with our strategy and goals.
• We contribute to the design, cleanup, and maintenance of client data and data architecture for ingestion workflows.
• We provide data management training and help build data fluency across the company.
• We oversee data management activities to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
