Dietary Manager
Join Lamar Estates as we seek a dedicated Dietary Manager to lead our food and nutrition services team!
As a Dietary Manager with Lamar Estates, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility's dining program, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their individual needs and preferences. With a focus on excellence in patient care, you will work closely with our culinary team to plan, prepare, and serve delicious meals that promote healthy living and foster a sense of community among our residents.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the dietary staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Conduct food safety inspections and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with facility staff to ensure seamless meal delivery and service
Manage inventory and budget for food, supplies, and equipment
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement food and nutrition programs that align with our company's mission and values
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
