This role is ideal for someone with strong restaurant or retail management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and has the ambition to grow into future opportunities such as Assistant General Manager, or General Manager.

What You'll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations alongside the management team
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Lead shifts while maintaining a positive, high-energy culture
• Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members
• Model Hawaiian Bros' Core Values and Aloha Spirit

Deliver Great Guest Experiences

• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and teammates alike

Drive Operational Excellence

• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• Support inventory, labor, and operational goals
• Ensure procedures and standards are consistently followed
• Assist with scheduling and daily restaurant priorities

Grow as a Leader

• Participate in leadership development and coaching opportunities
• Learn the operational and financial aspects of restaurant management
• Build the skills necessary for future advancement within Hawaiian Bros

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service-industry leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Desire and ambition to advance into higher leadership roles
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
