FutureNav is ETS's skills intelligence ecosystem-Compass sits on top to connect student skills to careers using AI, assessments, and labor market data. FutureNav works closely with colleges, universities, and education systems to deliver solutions that enhance student engagement, streamline advising, and strengthen outcomes. By integrating assessments, analytics, and user-centered design, the team helps institutions better understand student needs and provide more effective, scalable support. The goal is to empower both learners and institutions with the tools and insights needed to drive better decision-making, increase completion rates, and align education pathways with evolving workforce demands.

FutureNav includes a suite of solutions such as FutureNav Compass, Skillprint, FutureNav Signal, FutureNav Reason, FutureNav Tech.Ready, FutureNav Code, FutureNav Adapt AI, FutureNav Edge, and FutureNav AnywherePro, all designed to assess, profile, and guide learners from education to career pathways.

We are seeking:

Demonstrated experience in product marketing, preferably in education technology, SaaS, or B2B platforms.

Strong ability to convert technical or complex offerings into clear, compelling buyer facing content.

Experience creating content for web and sales channels serving institutional or enterprise buyers.

Familiarity with higher education, workforce development, or career navigation markets is strongly preferred.

Ability to work independently and deliver high quality outputs on accelerated timelines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
