Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing Hospital Medicine team at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, Connecticut. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of Connecticut's most comprehensive healthcare network while practicing in a supportive community hospital that offers the resources, stability, and innovation of a large integrated health system.
Our Hospital Medicine team plays a vital role in improving patient outcomes through coordinated inpatient care, efficient patient flow, and close collaboration with primary care providers and specialists.
