Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing Hospital Medicine team at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, Connecticut. Our Hospital Medicine team plays a vital role in improving patient outcomes through coordinated inpatient care, efficient patient flow, and close collaboration with primary care providers and specialists.
