Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

A well-established geriatrics team in Northwest Connecticut, just 30 miles west of Hartford, is seeking a BC/BE Geriatrician, with opportunities for inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facility (SNF) work, or a combination based on physician interests.
