What You Will Do: Develop test hardware and software, from requirements definition through build and integration processes, followed by deployment to manufacturing or customer facilities. Design, support and integration skill sets may include multiple disciplines in communications, RF, analog, digital, firmware, as well as systems integration. Proven project leadership knowledge, leading a multi-disciplined team through program execution and deployment. Schedule development and tracking for program planning/execution, while tracking any deviations from plan to actual Proposal and bidding experience to foster new technologies and business growth overall In depth knowledge of computer architecture, COTs equipment, interconnects/interfaces and standard communication protocols Proven skills in software development and integration using tools including NI TestStand, LabVIEW and/or LabWindows (CVI) Mechanical Engineering skill-set desirable with experience in Cadence and/or AutoCAD design capture tooling Strong interpersonal communication and technical writing skills to enable effective personnel interaction and collaboration with a multi-discipline team. Example of this would be define and lead a Preliminary and Detailed Design Review Prepare and clearly present your work product at project status meetings Understand and responsibility to meet established project budget, schedule, and performance commitments Work with mechanical engineering to design and develop test adapter and fixturing design activities. AutoCAD knowledge a plus Ability to function autonomously with limited supervision, as an individual contributor, within a multi-functional team environment Support Manufacturing operations, including on-site troubleshooting and debugging, both independently and in collaboration with production and design engineering teams. What You Will Learn: Intergraded Project Team Lead (IPTL), EVMS, Test Engineering Organization Qualifications You Must Have: Ability to obtain and maintain Secret U.S. government issued security clearance Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience Minimum of 8 years experience in engineering design and development, with leadership experience, preferably related to Test equipment development efforts. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
