What You Will Do Drive Systems Engineering processes on your engagements Create and validate MBSE models including Stakeholder Needs/Requirements; Behavioral Diagrams; Structural Diagrams; Measures of effectiveness/technical performance measures Support the development of connectivity between MBSE tools and other hardware design/analysis tools Create specifications, interface descriptions, execute trade studies and analyses Lead multiple tool and environment integrations Develop and share best practices, mentor, and train others Qualifications – You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant prior experience in MBSE Experience with systems, mechanical, or electrical design and analysis tools Experience with requirements development and management Experience with Cameo/MagicDraw/Teamwork Cloud and SysML modeling Experience with MagicGrid methodology and framework Experience developing products in various product development lifecycles including agile and waterfall Experience in integrating COTS solutions Qualifications – We Prefer Familiarity with digital twin concepts Familiarity with Syndeia (semantic broker) by Intercax Familiarity with Product Line Engineering (PLE) and applying concepts to a SysML model Familiarity in digital ecosystems and data connectivity via digital threads Familiarity with data visualization tools including Power BI, Kibana, and/or Grafana Exposure to MBSE starting point models and MBSE Digital Engineering Environments Ability to prepare and present status, plans, and risks to management OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) Familiarity with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. Compensation The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
