Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Nights 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 30-bed Intermediate Care Unit with a patient ratio of 4–5:1
• Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level care, ensuring timely assessment and intervention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to Med/Surg unit as needed based on staffing requirements
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes within the electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1–2 years of Critical Care or Intermediate Care experience
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility – local candidates are not accepted
• Must provide a valid driver's license with a permanent home address matching submitted ID
• Must attach all required licenses and certifications at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Prior travel nursing experience in an IMCU, PCU, or Stepdown setting
