UFC FIT is looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Front Desk Team Member . This position plays an important role in maintaining a welcoming, safe, clean, and professional environment for our members throughout the overnight hours.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of the UFC FIT brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members while providing a friendly and professional experience
• Assist members with general questions, membership information, and club services
• Monitor club access and help maintain a safe environment throughout the overnight shift
• Answer phones and provide basic customer service assistance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, gym floor, locker rooms, and common areas
• Perform regular walkthroughs of the facility to ensure equipment and areas are safe and presentable
• Restock supplies and complete assigned overnight cleaning and operational tasks
• Report maintenance, safety, or member concerns to club management
• Follow all UFC FIT policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
• Provide a positive member experience and represent UFC FIT professionally at all times

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
