Front Desk Spa Assistant

:

• Very flexible scheduling. You must be able to work a few evenings (until 9pm) throughout the week and at least 2 Saturdays (until 6pm) a month
• Shifts start at 8am and end at 9pm. Typical shifts are 5-8 hours, but we are flexible with your schedule
• We are not open on Sundays
• Pay starts at $10-11/hour, raises depending on work performance and attendance

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out, answer the phone, book appointments
• Opening and closing the Spa
• Laundry
• Light housekeeping
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail as well as any promotions or discounts
• Provide accurate and appropriate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management

Position Requirements:

• Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as above average computer skills
• Enjoy working with people and posses a friendly and outgoing personality
• Must be dependable and able to work Saturdays
• Must be able to work independently and in a group setting

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
