Job Opportunity: Licensed Vocational Nurse

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to become a part of our Medical Renal unit in El Paso. This position involves delivering direct care to patients, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs while adhering to care plans under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a supportive environment.
Administer medications as prescribed.
Monitor and record vital signs regularly.
Assist in implementing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and compassionate care for adults with renal and complex medical issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform calmly in high-pressure situations.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
