Make a meaningful impact throughout an entire school district as a Physical Therapist serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time contract position offers an engaging schedule from 8:30AM to 3:15PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 35 hours weekly for the 2026-2027 academic year. Desired Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- Prior school-based Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Comfort and adaptability working district-wide with K-12 students
- Ability to meet all New Jersey onboarding requirements, including TB test, physical, and fingerprint clearance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and organized, able to navigate multiple school environments
- Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to students with varied needs across several schools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Travel as needed within the district to serve assigned schools and caseloads
- Adhere to all state, school district, and professional guidelines
