Revology Cars is hiring a fabricator to build reproduction 1960s and 1970s Mustang automobiles. Our Fabricators assemble and weld the sheet-metal structure of our vehicles, ensuring that body components are properly fitted, aligned, finished, and built to Revology's quality standardsPAY AND BENEFITSA fabricator at Revology Cars will make between $21.00 and $34.00 per hour, depending on their skills and experienceThis is not a flat rate job - the pay is stable, and you don't have to worry about not being assigned enough hoursThe work week is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through FridayMedical, dental, and vision coverage.80 hours paid time off (PTO) annually10 paid holidays annually401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% company matchABOUT THE JOBCutting and preparing sheet metal componentsFitting and positioning body panels and structural partsSpot welding and MIG welding thin-gauge steelGrinding, smoothing, and metal finishing welded areasAligning, fitting, and gapping doors, fenders, quarter panels, and other body componentsChecking dimensions, fit, weld quality, and overall workmanshipUsing fixtures, hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentIdentifying and correcting fitment or quality problemsFollowing engineering specifications, standardized work, and safety proceduresThe variety of jobs available means there is a path to career growth as a technician becomes more skilledABOUT REVOLOGY CARSRevology builds reproduction Mustangs as properly engineered vehicles, with all of the classic style and character of the original, but with the functionality of modern technologyThe company started in 2014 with 4 employees, and we have over 170 todayWe plan to continue growing and expand our operation in the futureREQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWelding certification is requiredAll positions require the ability and willingness to follow work instructions and do things the same way, to the same high standard of quality, every timeAll positions require familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use, or willingness to learn how to use, an iPad
