As an In-Home Sales Professional , you will meet with homeowners to assess their heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs, provide tailored recommendations, and guide them through the decision-making process. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their options while delivering a professional, educational, and customer-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations and sales appointments
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify replacement/upgrade opportunities
• Present customized solutions and financing options in person
• Handle all company-furnished leads professionally and communicate disposition to Sales Manager
• Generate at least 25% of your own leads through referrals
• Be in the office by 7:00 AM and call in every three (3) hours while in the field
• Familiarize yourself with the company's payment terms and clearly communicate them to customers when a contract is signed
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan
• Consistently achieve sales goals and high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Sales experience in HVAC, electrical, home services, construction, remodeling, or related industries
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to present solutions professionally and confidently
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
• Strong computer and organizational skills
