Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

A successful Comfort Advisor can earn six figures while helping customers make informed decisions about their home comfort systems.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs
• Present HVAC system replacement and upgrade options
• Educate customers on equipment, efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions
• Build trust through honest recommendations and transparent communication
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
• Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine desire to help customers solve problems
• Integrity and professionalism
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• HVAC experience is preferred but not required
• Sales experience in home services, construction, or related industries is a plus
