Registered Nurse (RN) Urgent Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, vaccinations, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians or nurse practitioners.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as EKGs or blood draws as needed for immediate evaluation.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and follow-up care instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions for referred or discharged patients.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records while adhering to regulatory standards.

Work Environment:

• The role is based in urgent care clinics or outpatient centers where RNs provide immediate care for a wide range of conditions.
