About WayMore Fitness

WayMore Fitness is a locally owned gym focused on helping everyday people improve their health through personal training, group fitness, and a supportive community.

We’re looking for a creative, dependable Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to help us consistently create engaging content and grow our online presence. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media, and marketing.

Experience is a plus, but we’re primarily looking for someone who is creative, organized, reliable, and excited to learn.

Responsibilities

• Record photo and video content throughout the gym
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Schedule and publish social media posts
• Help plan weekly content and filming schedules
• Write engaging captions for social media
• Respond to comments and direct messages
• Engage with local Facebook Groups and our online community
• Create simple graphics and announcements using Canva
• Assist with promoting gym events, memberships, and special offers
• Occasionally appear in videos when appropriate
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm new content ideas

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys creating content for social media
• Is comfortable filming and editing videos
• Has basic Canva experience
• Is comfortable writing captions
• Is organized and dependable
• Is comfortable learning new skills
• Has reliable transportation
• Is comfortable occasionally being on camera

Preferred but not required:

• CapCut experience
• Photography experience
• Fitness interest or experience
• Experience managing social media for a business
