Sky Mart is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate I to join our Operations team in Miami, FL. This entry-level position supports the receipt, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment of aviation and aerospace products. If you are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory while maintaining inventory accuracy and proper location control.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company procedures and customer requirements.
• Load and unload shipments safely using warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (when trained and authorized).
• Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts, inventory transfers, and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company quality, safety, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or aviation/aerospace experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.
