BUSINESS ANALYST FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD (FRB) Client: Federal Reserve Board (FRB) Position: Sr. Business Analyst Location: Remote Performance Period: Through the end of 2026, with possible extension Submission Deadline: 09/07/2026 Overall Experience: 15+ Years Required Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens ONLY Employment Type: W2 / C2C / 1099 Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst to support cloud cost management / FinOps software for the Federal Reserve Board (FRB). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, reporting, cloud computing, FinOps, BI tools, and cloud cost optimization, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Take a lead role in supporting cloud cost management software for the Federal Reserve Board Onboard new users and create widgets, dashboards, and reports Prepare technical documentation and user guides Compare and validate datasets to ensure data consistency and accuracy Develop presentations and reports as required Collaborate with cross-functional and highly technical teams Required Knowledge Strong foundation in cloud computing concepts and terminology Understanding of AWS cloud services preferred Knowledge of FinOps / cloud cost management principles Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and best practices Experience with IBM Cloudability or similar FinOps tools Knowledge of scripting tools/languages is a plus Required Skills Strong experience creating and analyzing data visualizations, charts, and pivot tables using Excel / Power BI Working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Ability to manipulate, analyze, and validate large datasets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong collaboration skills with technical and business teams Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Required Experience 15+ years of overall professional experience Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting Experience and/or certification in cloud computing environments, preferably AWS Prior experience with FinOps tools and cloud cost optimization Federal Reserve Board (FRB) Experience Is REQUIRED U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of relevant experience; 15+ years overall experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES
