Lead Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the front-line of our company, providing high-quality customer service and leading our sales staff. You will be responsible for maintaining store appearance, introducing additional buying opportunities to customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We value forward-thinking and the ability to coach a team on best selling practices. Knowledge of automotive parts is helpful but not required.
