Desktop Support Engineer - Windows, AD & O365

City of Lincoln

The City of Lincoln is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to provide local and remote desktop support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and upgrading systems, and maintaining ticket updates. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, MCP), and 3-5 years of desktop support experience.
