We're building a platform that empowers businesses to collaborate and make impactful sustainable decisions. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that fuel lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You'll be crafting compelling campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and continuously testing new tactics to drive results. Join us and help scale our mission to decarbonize value chains!

At ClimateCamp, we believe that collaboration across the value chain is key to reducing emissions effectively. We've grown from 0 to +500 companies on our platform in the last 10 months, and we're now looking to launch our growth even further.

You'll play a crucial role in this journey, owning the full marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion—while focusing on creative strategies to attract, engage, and nurture B2B customers globally, with an emphasis on European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Own and optimize paid media, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns to boost brand visibility and lead nurturing.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Analyze data and marketing metrics to adjust strategies and improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and product developments.
• Manage marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, and leverage them to create effective nurturing campaigns and track lead engagement.
• Build and optimize customer segmentation strategies to target and engage the right audience for ClimateCamp's services.

Skills We Are Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English; other languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute on new ideas quickly.
• Passionate about sustainability and making a positive environmental impact through innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
