And throughout your career here, you will have the chance to directly shape the foundation for what's next in our industry.**Position Summary:**The Production Supervisor will oversee all production activities during the shift, managing a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in HVAC production, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.**1st Shift Schedule: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm M - Th, 6:00 am - 10:00 am F**---**Key Responsibilities:*** **Team Leadership:** Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of production operators, technicians, and assembly workers, ensuring they are focused and efficient in their roles.* **Production Management:** Ensure production schedules are met and that all products are manufactured in accordance with specifications and quality standards.* **Quality Assurance:** Conduct regular inspections and audits of finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards. Address any defects or issues to maintain high levels of product quality.* **Safety Compliance:** Enforce strict safety policies and procedures on the production floor. Ensure that all workers are trained on proper safety protocols and that they adhere to OSHA standards.* **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:** Address and resolve production issues such as machine malfunctions, material shortages, and delays to minimize downtime and keep production moving smoothly.* **Process Improvement:** Lead efforts to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and implement best practices in manufacturing.
