Production Team Lead

Overview Taylor Corporation is hiring a Team Lead to oversee a team, ensuring goals are met while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role includes coordinating daily activities, providing support and guidance, and facilitating effective communication between team members and management. Responsibilities Inform the supervisor of jobs that may miss a due date. Guide and motivate team members to achieve objectives and maintain high performance. Act as the main point of contact between team members and upper management. Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity. Oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. Identify training needs and support the professional growth of team members. Address any issues or conflicts within the team, providing solutions and support as needed. Prepare and present team performance reports to management. Respond to daily employee questions and provide guidance. Perform assigned operational duties to the required standards. Shift Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm Requirements Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in the field or a related area. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing situations, and inspire others. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing. Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Physical Requirements Remain in a stationary position regularly. Operate machinery and handle products, including print materials. Move within the facility, including up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry). Compensation The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25.00 – $32.00, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits DailyPay: receive pay on the first day of work.
