Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Salary: $60,000-$65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
• Prepare and issue recurring and ad hoc invoices
• Apply and post customer payments (checks, ACH, wires)
• Reconcile accounts and research billing discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Support month-end close activities related to AR
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
• 1-3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Prior experience in real estate, property management, or commercial leasing (preferred)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
