Lead Power BI Developer

Job Title
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Experience with Tableau, SSRS and its migration to Power BI.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with at least 2 years of experience in migrating from Tableau to Power BI.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
- Experience in managing BI projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI or other BI tools are a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Presentation Skills: Effectively presenting project updates and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.
