We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using the Appian low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, integrations, performance optimization, and production support, along with the ability to mentor junior developers and lead assigned modules.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Appian
- Build scalable, record-centric applications following Appian development best practices
- Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Participate in technical design discussions and conduct code reviews
- Optimize applications for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
- Support deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues
- Support UAT, release activities, cutover, and post-production stabilization
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Develop reusable components and promote Appian development standards
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities
- 6 8 years of total IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Appian development
- Experience developing enterprise applications using Appian low-code capabilities
- Strong knowledge of SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Integrations
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture and development best practices
- Experience with performance optimization, application security, and scalability
- Experience supporting Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
