Our agency opened in 2023 and is a growing team of five led by deep industry experience. I’ve spent 32 years with State Farm, including serving as a Vice President before returning to production to build and develop a high-performing agency. Throughout my career, I’ve helped open over 400 agencies, with a strong focus on identifying and developing talent.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Paul Odland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
