PAN Nurse / Unit Manager – LPN or RN
Pay: $40–$45/hour

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced PAN Nurse / Unit Manager to join our supportive and collaborative leadership team. This position may be filled by either a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). The ideal candidate will have prior unit manager experience and a strong background in skilled nursing.

As a PAN Nurse / Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of your assigned unit, ensuring residents receive the high standard of care they expect and deserve. You will assist in supervising clinical staff, providing education and guidance, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, maintaining infection prevention standards, and ensuring appropriate staffing to meet resident needs.

Advocate PAN experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Active, unencumbered Illinois LPN or RN license

• CPR certification

• Prior unit manager experience required

• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting

• Advocate PAN experience preferred, but not required

Preferred qualifications include five (5) years of nursing experience in skilled nursing and prior experience in a unit leadership or department leadership role.
