Home Care Marketer (Community Liaison / Business Development)

Compensation: $90,000 base plus commission ($100 per start of care)

Are you an experienced home care marketer who loves building relationships and growing care in the community? A growing Connecticut home care agency is looking for a Home Care Marketer to drive new starts of care across the state. We are offering COMPETITIVE PAY with strong commission and great WORK LIFE BALANCE.

This is a full time, field based position building and growing referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, case managers, and senior communities to drive new admissions. You will own your territory and represent the agency in the community.

Qualifications:

Proven home care, home health, or hospice marketing or community liaison experience
Track record of consistently generating starts of care or admissions
Established referral source relationships in Connecticut or the surrounding area
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across your territory

Responsibilities:

Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and case managers
Generate consistent new starts of care each month
Represent the agency at community events and with referral partners
