Warehouse SpecialistThe Warehouse Specialist is a cross-functional team member responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and inventory auditing.Job Responsibilities:Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damageStock inventory into correct locations using scannersPick customer orders accurately and stage for shippingPerform routine cycle counts and support physical inventory auditsIdentify inventory discrepancies, root causes of inventory variances, and opportunities for process enhancementMaintain inventory accountability, material condition integrity, and documentation accuracyServe as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders (procurement, logistics, customer service etc.) at the bonded warehouseCommunicate and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure policies and procedures are followed and completedSupport Kingstree manufacturing and/or logistics activities especially during peak seasonRequired Qualifications:A minimum high school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of experience working in warehouse environmentMinimum 2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucksWorking knowledge of SAP for inventory managementProficient in Microsoft software suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc.)Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic work environment by shifting between different priorities, adjusting work schedule and/or working overtime as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Preferred Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree5+ years of experience working in warehouse environment3+ hands-on experience of SAP for inventory management
