VP, Product Management

Job Purpose Reporting to the SVP, Product, the Vice President, Product Management will serve in a key leadership role as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will have responsibility for leadership and strategic direction in the development, execution, enhancement, and management of the company’s product portfolio. The VP will focus on incubation, design, development, and launch of new SaaS products, leading best‑in‑class teams and driving initiatives that grow Inovalon’s business throughout the healthcare value chain. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Inovalon’s products, services, capabilities, and operations. Lead the product portfolio strategy including market research, financial planning, feature road‑mapping, development, implementation, and overall financial performance. Maintain comprehensive communication with management and stakeholders regarding product plans and timelines. Actively drive opportunities to leverage Inovalon-wide products and data to deliver best‑in‑class SaaS solutions. Establish and monitor key metrics to drive Agile processes, partnering with Engineering to write product requirements and manage sprints. Serve as a key member of management, promoting company values and supporting leadership in strategic initiatives. Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements and maintain compliance with company policies. Fulfill additional responsibilities as reasonably provided by Inovalon to achieve operational and financial success. Minimum Requirements Minimum 12 years of experience in product management, business strategy, and market analysis. Minimum 10 years in healthcare technology. Minimum 5 years managing and growing SaaS product portfolios of 35+ applications. Minimum 5 years experience in Agile Framework. Minimum 5 years supervising staff >25 and product lines worth over $150 million. Minimum 5 years leading a customer‑facing support function in fast‑moving, high‑growth SaaS organization. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business‑related field. 10+ years of experience in healthcare. Expertise in Agile framework and metrics. Experience leading a platform or product portfolio. Salesforce (or similar) experience. The base compensation ranges from $205,000 to $275,000 USD. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, company‑paid disability, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
