HR Intern

Responsibilities Lead recruitment process for students, including requisition creation, job posting, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and offer generation for all US locations. Complete I-9s and folders for new hires ensuring compliance. Help maintain new‑hire orientation slides, updating all local information as required. Support process documentation for recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and related procedures to enable continuous improvement and efficiency. Assist with the US student program, including planning student events and coordinating assignments. Support the World Headquarters engagement committee. Support the implementation of AI to improve HR process efficiency. Participate in other projects as assigned. Qualifications Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
