Fraud Analyst

Compensation $22 - $25 /hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Fraud Analyst to join their team! Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage high-risk orders using the tool "Kount" Compile dispute packets for chargebacks and fraud issues Gather details from customers, banks, or credit unions Monitor spending patterns and repeated charges Manage rules and compile reporting Required Qualifications & Experience Degree in Math, Finance, Computer Science, or MIS Basic Word & Excel experience Experience in customer-facing roles Detail-oriented problem solver Nice to Have Skills & Experience Retail or distribution operations experience Energetic and quick learner 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information In-office schedule Monday-Friday, no remote work allowed Rotating shifts for full-time conversion covering 6am-8pm Highly respected team with promotion opportunities If you are interested in learning more about the Fraud Analyst opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
