Recruiter - Entry Level

Bridgeway Partners is hiring an entry-level Recruiter to join our professional search team. This is an opportunity to build real experience in recruiting, consulting, project management, business development and professional communication while learning alongside experienced search professionals. No recruiting experience is required. We care more about ambition, curiosity, coachability and work ethic than a polished résumé. Why Professional Search? What You’ll Do You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of identifying and engaging talented professionals: Research industries, companies and talent markets Identify and evaluate potential candidates Conduct outreach by phone, email and other channels Ask thoughtful questions and understand career motivations Navigate objections, rejection and follow-up Use recruiting technology, CRM systems and AI tools Stay organized across multiple search assignments As you develop, you’ll become involved in the full search process: interviewing candidates, evaluating fit, preparing candidates for interviews, communicating with clients and helping manage searches from kickoff through accepted offer. The goal is simple: learn the fundamentals, develop judgment and earn greater responsibility. Where Can This Lead?
