Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lead AV Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced audio-visual (AV) systems. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized AV solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Install and configure advanced AV systems in various settings.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV technology.

- Collaborate with clients to assess their AV requirements and provide tailored solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

- Maintain a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system installations
Lead teams of 2-6 technicians effectively in accordance with company standards
Extensive knowledge of AV equipment, large displays/video walls, and cabling
Experience with advanced AV system configuration and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused approach and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
